It tests the horizontal and straight combustion characteristics of plastic parts used for device and equipment, and equipped with gas flow meter to adjust of flame. It use motor driving mode to make the operation easy and safe.
This tester use PLC + colorized LCD touch screen or LCD meter to control, with fine and easy understanding operation interface and testing data printer, can print the testing conditions and result, which is convenient to record the testing results.

What is the UL94 Standard?
UL 94 (Underwriters Laboratories test standard UL 94) is one of the most widely used flammability tests to determine flammability in plastic materials. It measures the ability of the plastic part to extinguish the flame after ignition and its dripping behavior in response to a small flame or heat source under controlled laboratory conditions.
Flammability is affected by the following various factors:
