Photovoltaic Safety Tester
Features:
There are two functions that are high voltage test and insulation resistance test in total.
According to the IEC61730 standard(photovoltaic module safety qualification art I: Requirements for construction which describes:
– Solar junction box and solar connector
– Wafers and solar cells
– Crystalline silicon PV modules
– Solar photovoltaic modules, single and polycrystalline silicon wafer, solar cell
– Do the insulation/hipot/grounding resistance test on PV module battery, controller and battery inverter.
– Withstanding voltage/IR/GR three functions are integrated in one tester.
– Once users finish setting parameters, the tester will do all the above tests. With fast test speed, stable performance, saving time and work, high efficiency, our tester is special widely used in auto product line.
– Precise test between metal parts and earth terminal of all the solar system
– Constant current output and without effect of load and mains supply, which guarantees that the test data is accurate and stable.
– Adopt DDS theory, this tester can generator standard sine waveform to drive the Linearity amplifier output, which control the wave crest range within 1.3 to 1.5.
– In the testing of grounding resistance, four-terminal method is accepted, high precision.
– Hipot and IR test on solar panel, controller, storage battery inverter.
– With the function of electricity safety wall, It can detect whether the input power is correct.
– After finishing DCW and IR, it can discharge electricity within 0.2s automatically which can protect the safety of users. Whether it is turned on/off, no voltage overshoot and no damaged to the DUT.
– It adopt DDS theory generating standard sine waveform, Linear Power Amplifier drive high voltage output, the pure waveform, loss distortion, (less than 1%) made our tester in leading edge of this industry.
