The oscillating tube of the device is controlled by the speed-adjustable motor and crank linkage mechanism. The device makes the oscillation from ± 60 ° to another point of ± 180° at the speed required by the standard.
The oscillating angle can be precisely adjusted. The structure is robust and durable. It is equipped with a rotary table that allows 90 degrees of rotation and rotating rate in 1 r / min. The device also has a clean water filtration system that prevents clogging of the holes.
