MTDI-1000 is designed to perform IP5X and IP6X dust and sand proof tests in accordance with TS 3033 EN 60529, Figure 2 and TS EN 60068-2-68 standards.
It is used to test the sand and dust resistance and resistance to dust and sand of insulation parts, seals and housings for testing electrical and electronic products. It is used to determine performance, storage and transportation performance in sandy and dusty environments.
The interior of the tester is made of high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel, and the housing is made of cold-rolled steel with electrostatic spraying. It is easy to use with its touch screen. It is equipped with a large observation window with a manually operated wiper. Security protection is at the highest level.
There is an intelligent digital temperature controller in the test equipment, it has an ergonomic design.
