High voltage probe MT-HVP 40 are also known as high voltage probes. These probes are specially produced for high voltage values
Turn off the high voltage source and connect its common end (alligator clip) to a good ground or reliable chassis ground as much as possible before doing any work, before making any connections. Select the desired voltmeter function and range, do not use autotune. Plug the high voltage probe operation plugs into the volt (hi) and com (LO) input terminals.
