AC Hipot Test allows you to test your product’s insulation under high voltage to ensure that the body insulation will limit the current in the event of a short circuit or fault in your product.

AC Hipot / Dielectric Strength test current output is 100 mA. The Ainuo AN Series meets the 200 mA short circuit requirement for 500 VA Hipot Testers.

DC Hipot Test allows you to test your product’s insulation with DC dielectric strength testing.

Ground Continuity Test (GB) allows you to verify the integrity of your product’s protective earthing conductor to prevent electric shock in the event of a fault.

Insulation Resistance Test (IR) allows you to measure the total resistance of your product’s insulation.

Features

Four-in-one function: AC withstand voltage 5000V / 100mA, DC withstand voltage 6000V / 10mA, insulation resistance 2500V / 9999MΩ, ground bond resistance 64A / 600mΩ (or 32A / 600mΩ).

Quick test: The setting time of four functions is 5 seconds, the quick test time of four functions is about 5.6s. The safety test accuracy is 2%, there is arc detection with a 9% grade.

Automatic test: The analyzer has automatic interface and information interface, supports combined work with peripheral equipment including barcode scanner, server, automatic tester, etc., realizes automatic security detection test.

Intelligent management: The analyzer has intelligent programmable control functions including barcode recognition, test programming matching, test conditions control, etc., test data storage (local U disk), server data exchange (network port or RS232 port), data analysis (ESRS software), can meet the requirements of MES management of modern production line.

Open expansion: The tester has rich expansion functions, including IN-PAD IN-PAD ipad, ESRS test control software, barcode scanner and other optional components.
