Tracking Tester | MTC-LTE100

MTC-LTE100 has been produced in accordance with IEC60695 and IEC 60112 standards to determine the CTI (Comparative Tracking Index) and PTI (Proof Tracking Index) values of the pollution degree of the material originating from the external environment.

This test method can measure voltage up to 600 V when solid electrical insulating materials on the surface under the action of an electric field are exposed to water containing impurities of relative electrical performance.

The height of the sample platform can be easily adjusted to ensure the correct angle positioning of the electrodes and the accuracy of the drop drop height.The ammonium chloride solution drawn by the hose is automatically dropped on the sample in drops. Thanks to the touch and large screen, the number of drops and the falling time between drops can be easily adjusted.

Some materials may be burned during the experiment.

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

1. Using rectangular platinum electrode, the force of each electrode on the sample is 1.0±0.05n.
2. The applied voltage is adjustable between the 100~600v (48~60hz), and the short-circuit current decreases by less than 10% when 1.0±0.1a. When the test circuit, short-circuit current is longer than 0.5A to maintain 2 seconds relay action, cut off the current, indicating that the test is unqualified.
3. Drop liquid device can make the droplet height from 30~40mm adjustable, droplet size 44~55 drop/1cm3. The drop liquid time separates 30s±5s to be adjustable.
