Needle Flame Tester device meets the standard of EN/IEC 60695-11-5.
This device is designed to apply the needle flame test to the equipment, its sub-units and components, and to solid electrical insulation materials or other combustible materials.
This test device meets the standard of EN/IEC 60695-11-5.
This device is designed to apply the needle flame test to the equipment, its sub-units and components, and to solid electrical insulation materials or other combustible materials.
With the axis of the burner in the vertical position, the gas supply is adjusted so that the length of the flame is 12 mm ± 1 mm, when viewed in subdued light against a dark background.
The flame is confirmed using the apparatus and procedure detailed in Annex A. The test time for the temperature to increase from 100 °C ± 5 °C to 700 °C ± 3 °C is 23,5 s ± 1,0 s.
Needle Flame Tester Features:
– With the laser light, the distance between the sample and the burner can be adjusted.
– There are automatic or manual operating modes.
– Thanks to the automatic mode, the distance between the test specimen and the burner is automatically aligned and recorded with sensors at the end of the ignition.
– The device has a detector that detects gas leakage and ensures user safety.
– The device has a large touch screen.
– The device is supplied with the following parts:
Remote control, white pine sheet, wrapping paper, flame height meter, flue connection hose and mounted drain motor.
